As a Zoho Developer at ASM Process Automation, your primary responsibility will be to lead the transition from CSV-based records to the Zoho One suite. You will play a crucial role in configuring and optimizing Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, and Zoho CRM, ensuring seamless integration and automation across these systems. Key Responsibilities: - Migrate existing CSV data into Zoho Books, Projects, and CRM - Configure and customize Zoho Books (finance), Projects (management), and CRM (sales/clients) - Integrate Zoho applications with each other and with external systems - Automate workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy - Troubleshoot issues and offer support to internal teams - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions to meet business needs Qualifications: - Proven experience with Zoho Books, Projects, and CRM - Strong data migration skills, particularly from CSV to Zoho - Ability to customize and optimize Zoho applications - Experience with integrations and workflow automation - Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities - Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field - Experience in process automation is a plus,
