Zoho Developer

We are looking for a skilled Zoho Developer with 1 to 7 years of experience to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing and implementing Zoho applications, as well as experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs.

• Develop, customize, and maintain Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, and other Zoho applications.
• Design and implement workflow automation using custom functions and Zoho Flow integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver tailored Zoho solutions.
• Integrate Zoho applications with third-party APIs and systems.
• Create custom reports, dashboards, and analytics within Zoho.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in Zoho applications.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the Zoho environment.
• Provide technical support and training to internal teams and end-users.
• Continuously evaluate new Zoho features and products and make recommendations to improve business operations.
• Document development processes, code changes, and solutions.

• Proven experience as a Zoho Developer or similar role with hands-on experience in Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, and other Zoho tools.
• Strong knowledge of Zoho Deluge scripting language, Zoho Flow, and Zoho API integration.
• Experience with web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
• Ability to work with databases and SQL queries.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of data security, user permissions, and workflows within Zoho applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Preferred Skills: Zoho certification (e.g., Zoho CRM Developer or Zoho Creator Developer) is a plus. Experience with Zoho Analytics and reporting tools. Experience integrating Zoho with third-party tools like Google Apps, Microsoft Office 365, or other CRM platforms. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
