As a Zoho Developer at Black Swan Business Setup Services, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing Zoho CRM solutions to meet business requirements. Your key responsibilities will include creating and maintaining custom modules, workflows, blueprints, functions, and Deluge scripts. Additionally, you will integrate Zoho CRM with other Zoho applications and third-party tools, develop dashboards, reports, and automation, and collaborate with internal departments to translate operational requirements into technical solutions. You will also be in charge of maintaining documentation of configurations and workflows, providing technical support, troubleshooting, and enhancing existing Zoho systems.
