About the Role

Zoho Developer

You will work closely with business and functional teams to automate workflows, streamline processes, and integrate Zoho applications with third-party platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Zoho Application Development & Customization

• Design, develop, and deploy custom applications using

  Zoho Creator

  and

  Zoho CRM

  .
• Customize modules, layouts, blueprints, workflows, and reports as per business requirements.
• Develop and maintain

  Deluge scripts

  to automate key business processes.

Integration & Automation

• Integrate Zoho applications with third-party tools using

  REST APIs, webhooks,

  and

  Zoho Flow

  .
• Manage end-to-end data flow between Zoho and platforms such as ERP, HRMS, finance, and marketing tools.
• Implement process automation across departments including sales, operations, finance, and HR.

System Administration & Support

• Manage data integrity, user access, and security roles within Zoho applications.
• Provide user training, technical support, and system documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional or technical issues.

Continuous Improvement

• Stay updated with Zohos latest features, releases, and best practices.
• Recommend and implement system enhancements for improved performance and user experience.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Hands-on experience with

  Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator

  , and at least two other Zoho apps (Books, Desk, People, Projects, etc.).
• Strong proficiency in

  Deluge scripting

  and

  Zoho APIs

  .
• Sound knowledge of

  workflow automation, functions, and integration

  within the Zoho ecosystem.
• Familiarity with

  REST APIs, JSON, and webhooks

  .
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Computer Science, Information Technology

  , or a related field.

• 2–4 years

  of hands-on experience as a

  Zoho Developer

  or

  Zoho Consultant

  .
• Experience working with

  Zoho One Suite

  preferred.
• Knowledge of

  HTML, JavaScript, and CSS

  is an added advantage.
