Job Summary

Role & Responsibilities

Manage and maintain Zoho One applications to ensure smooth daily operations.
Customize modules, workflows, dashboards, and reports per business needs.
Integrate Zoho with third-party tools using APIs, Zoho Flow, or Zapier. Support data migration, user management, and system troubleshooting.
Conduct training and create process documentation. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all Zoho systems.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Proficient in Zoho Deluge and Python.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and collaboration skills.
Zoho certifications (CRM Admin, Creator, Flow) preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Zoho Administrator in SaaS/business operations.
Hands-on experience with at least 10 Zoho customizations and automations
