Job Description

Job Title: Zoho Developer and Administrator Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Zoho Developer and Administrator to join our team on a freelance basis. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, and other Zoho applications to develop, customize, and maintain our Zoho ecosystem efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and customize Zoho CRM modules, workflows, and automation according to business requirements. Develop and maintain Zoho Creator applications, including scripting using Deluge. Manage Zoho integrations with third-party applications via APIs and Zoho Flow. Administer Zoho CRM and other Zoho apps, including user management, data migration, and security settings. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within Zoho applications. Optimize Zoho processes to enhance business productivity and reporting. Provide documentation and training to users on Zoho functionalities and best practices. Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions. Required Skills and Experience: Proven experience as a Zoho Developer and Administrator. Strong knowledge of Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, and Zoho Flow. Proficiency in Deluge scripting and Zoho API integration. Experience in data migration, user management, and workflow automation. Good understanding of business processes and ability to translate them into Zoho solutions. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills in English. Preferred Qualifications: Zoho Certified Developer or Administrator (advantageous). Experience with Zoho Analytics and Zoho Desk. Prior experience working remotely or as a freelancer.
