Job Description

As a Zoho CRM Consultant, you will play a crucial role as a liaison between clients and the technical implementation team. Your primary focus will be to understand client business processes, gather requirements, and recommend tailored solutions using Zoho CRM and related applications. You will guide customers through planning, configuration, customization, and rollout of Zoho CRM solutions to enhance operational efficiency across sales, marketing, and support teams. Key Responsibilities: - Customize Zoho CRM modules, fields, layouts, and workflows to align with business requirements. - Design and implement automation rules like workflow rules, task assignment rules, and email alerts for streamlined business processes. - Develop custom solutions using Zoho CRM's Deluge scripting language. - Integrate Zoho CRM with third-party applications, APIs, and external systems. - Develop and deploy custom apps and modules within Zoho CRM. - Lead data migration efforts from legacy systems into Zoho CRM. - Provide training and support to users on Zoho CRM best practices and features. - Create custom reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for sales, marketing, and customer service insights. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver Zoho CRM solutions. - Stay updated with the latest Zoho CRM features and recommend process optimizations. Personal Attributes: - Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. - Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects. - Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality. - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. - Team player with good interpersonal and collaborative skills. Qualifications Required: - Education: B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. - Experience: Proven experience in customizing and managing Zoho CRM. - Technical Skills: Proficient in Deluge scripting, Zoho CRM APIs, database management, and data migration. - CRM Management Skills: Strong understanding of CRM workflows, modules, and sales process optimization. - Analytical Skills: Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement. Preferred Skills: - Zoho CRM Certification. - Knowledge of Zoho Desk, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Flow, and Zoho Analytics.,
