About the Role

Zoho CRM Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct meetings with client functional teams to understand existing workflows and requirements.
• Map and implement business processes within Zoho applications such as:

• Leads and Sales Tracking

• Quotes and Proposals Generation

• Help Desk Ticketing

• Project Management

• Billing and Invoicing

• Customize and configure Zoho modules (CRM, Projects, Books, Desk, etc.) to align with business needs.
• Advise on best practices for Zoho deployment and workflow automation.
• Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to client teams.
• Collaborate with internal and client-side stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with

  Zoho One / Zoho CRM

  suite (CRM, Books, Projects, Desk, etc.).
• Proven experience implementing and automating workflows across multiple Zoho modules.
• Strong understanding of sales, support, and operational processes.
• Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with offshore teams.
• Availability to work

Preferred Qualifications:

• Zoho Certified Consultant (preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience in consulting or client-facing implementation roles.
• Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and automation tools like Zoho Flow or Deluge scripting.
