Job Description Job Title: Business Development Manager Company Overview We are a fastest growing partner to the worlds major cloud provider, AWS Workmates is looking for a passionate and customer obsessed Business Development Manager You will help define new customer experiences for our customers Youll work with smart people across our industry specialist organizations, and technology groups to help our customers get the most out of AWS in their cloud journey, Choosing Workmates and the AWS Practice will take your AWS experience and skills to the next level and allow you to work in an innovative and collaborative environment At Workmates, you can lead the worlds AWS growing partner on the path to native cloud transformation and help us on the leading edge of cloud, Choose Workmates and make delivering innovative work part of your extraordinary career At Workmates, we believe that people manpower are our biggest assets Let's bring-in a best in class cloud native operations together Come join our mission of building innovations across Cloud Management, Media, DevOps, Automation, IoT, Security, and more Be a part of it where independence and ownership are respected so you can be you, Experience Requirement: 6 to 8 years Location: As per requirement CTC Offer: As per industry standards Responsibilities and Duties Will be responsible for sales of AWS Cloud Services, Cyber Security Services & Workmates Applications Services portfolio for the region Should have good understanding of cloud infrastructure and should able to understand the customer requirement Should have ability of to take discussions on cloud aspects with customer and articulate cloud offerings Should be able to coordinate with technical team and present Workmates solutions Meet existing customers to unearth cloud opportunities and also meet new customers to generate leads & close the deals Develop long term strategic relationship with CXOs in key accounts, conducting demos of AWS solutions, understanding and contributing to presales SOW/documentation Avoid dependence on presales for first level calls Coordinate with AWS regional field sales team to jointly take up prospect or customer meetings Work closely with regional AWS/TM partner managers to source leads, market intelligence and get opportunities/deals Participate in regional cloud events / trade shows Aggressive attitude and driven by sales numbers Achieving sales target & implementing sales promotional strategies of that particular region Ensure customer satisfaction Ensure In time / prompt collection & renewals Should have leadership skill to be a team player and have a leadership behavior Being able to work independently, build relationship and respond quickly Need experience on direct sales, key account management Should be fast learner and passionate about sales Should be self-motivated with a results driven approach Requirements Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Masters degree/MBA preferred), Experience of 6+ years in sales leadership, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets, Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, Familiar with Cloud services (AWS ) Key Requirements Leadership Skill Organizational Skill Communication Skill Negotiation Skill Knowledge of AWS cloud platform
