Develop scalable data pipelines for real-time audience segmentation and activation across channels (SMS, email, app). Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to telecom regulations (GDPR, TCPA) and internal data privacy standards during CDP configuration. Collaborate with legal/security teams to audit data flows and mitigate risks. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with marketing, IT, and analytics teams to translate business goals (e.g., churn prevention) into technical requirements. Act as the Zeotap SME, advising on use cases like IoT data monetization and AI-driven campaign optimization.
