About the Role

YouTube Executive cum Videographer

Key Responsibilities

YouTube Strategy & Management

• Manage and grow the organization’s YouTube channel using AI-powered insights for SEO, analytics, and trend forecasting.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with healthcare awareness topics and campaigns.
• Use AI tools for thumbnail creation, keyword optimization, and content recommendations.
• Monitor channel performance and refine strategies based on real-time data.

Videography & Content Creation

• Plan, shoot, and edit professional healthcare-related videos (doctor interviews, awareness campaigns, patient education, and testimonials).
• Use AI-driven editing tools to enhance video production quality, add captions, automate subtitling, and improve efficiency.
• Incorporate animations, motion graphics, and visual enhancements using AI-powered design platforms.

Editing & Post-Production

• Deliver high-quality edits with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and AI-assisted software.
• Maintain consistent brand guidelines and ensure all content meets healthcare communication standards.
• Optimize video accessibility with AI-based voiceovers, dubbing, or language translations (if required).

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Media, Film Studies, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in videography, video editing, or YouTube channel management.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for video editing, analytics, or content optimization.
• Proficiency in editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects) and AI-powered creative platforms.
• Strong knowledge of YouTube algorithms, SEO, and digital content strategies.
• Ability to translate complex healthcare topics into engaging, easy-to-understand content.
• Prior experience in healthcare content creation (preferred).
