Workshop Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and technically skilled Workshop Manager to lead our Bajaj, KTM & Chetak authorized service workshop. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of two-wheeler service operations, strong leadership capabilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily workshop operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to brand standards (Bajaj, KTM, Chetak)
• Supervise and guide the team of technicians and service advisors
• Ensure timely and high-quality servicing, repairs, and diagnostics
• Manage job card flow, spare parts coordination, and workshop inventory
• Address customer concerns effectively, ensuring satisfaction and retention
• Build strong customer relationships with a proactive and professional approach
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and cleanliness in the workshop
• Monitor key performance indicators (TAT, customer satisfaction, repeat complaints, etc.)
• Report to senior management on workshop performance and improvements

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in a two-wheeler workshop environment (Bajaj/KTM experience preferred)
• Strong technical know-how and the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot effectively
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Pleasing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive approach to customer service and relationship management
• Familiar with digital job card systems, service CRMs, and warranty protocols

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
