The Workshop Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the workshop, managing the team of mechanics, ensuring timely completion of vehicle repairs and maintenance, and maintaining high standards of service quality. Additional responsibilities include inventory management, scheduling, and customer service. Qualifications Experience in automotive repair and maintenance Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Effective communication and interpersonal skills Organizational and inventory management skills Customer service oriented Technical knowledge of automotive systems is a plus Relevant certifications or a degree in Automotive Engineering or related field
