Job Description

Scope and Dimensions:

Follow and ensure safety at the Shopfloor
Ensure safe working practices and ensure proper housekeeping & zero accidents.
Adhering to all safety and performance regulations.
Perform verification of production output according to specifications.
Communicating solutions for production challenges with quality assurance.
Organizing workflow and ensuring that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.
Staying up-to-date with efficient methods of production and equipment maintenance procedures.
Identifying faults and troubleshooting wherever possible.
Delivering the products in each time with required quality in an economic way.
Maintain open lines of communication between employees, management and executives.

Requirements of the job:

Fresher or Experience with preferably mechanical engineering background.
Experience in manufacturing would be advantageous.
Knowledge of production required.
Understanding of safety and equipment procedures.
