Works Supervisor

Role & responsibilities

• Schedule and oversee daily production activities

  within the plant to ensure output targets and deadlines are met.

• Manage and allocate manpower

  effectively, ensuring appropriate staffing levels for each production line and task.

• Coordinate and supervise machine maintenance

  activities, including preventive and corrective maintenance, to minimize downtime and ensure optimal machine performance.

• Monitor production processes

  for efficiency, quality, and adherence to stablished standards and safety protocols.

• Troubleshoot operational issues

  that arise during production and implement immediate solutions.

• Train and mentor production staff

  , ensuring they are proficient in their tasks and adhere to company policies and safety guidelines.

• Maintain accurate production records

  and generate reports on output, machine performance, and team efficiency.

• Collaborate with other departments

  like Quality Control and Logistics to ensure seamless workflow.

• Implement and enforce safety regulations

  strictly within the production area.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience as a Works Supervisor or similar role within a manufacturing or production plant, freshers are also welcome to apply.
• Strong understanding of production processes, machine operation, and maintenance principles.
• Excellent ability to

• Demonstrated experience in
