Project Role Description :Provide expertise and/or general administrative space and service support for Accenture people and businesses globally.
Must have skills :Microsoft 365

Good to have skills :Microsoft Windows Desktop Management

Summary:As a Workplace Mgmt & Solutions Practitioner, you will provide expertise and/or general administrative space and service support for Accenture people and businesses globally. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations and delivering high-quality workplace services. Your typical day will involve managing administrative tasks, coordinating with various teams, and providing support to Accenture employees and clients.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Manage administrative tasks and ensure smooth operations.

Coordinate with various teams to deliver high-quality workplace services.

Provide support to Accenture employees and clients.

Assist in implementing and maintaining workplace management solutions.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft 365.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Microsoft Windows Desktop Management.

Strong understanding of workplace management principles and practices.

Experience in implementing and maintaining workplace management solutions.

Knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and tools.

Familiarity with IT service management processes and tools.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft 365.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A Graduate degree is required.
