Project Role : Workplace Mgmt & Solutions Practitioner Project Role Description : Provide expertise and/or general administrative space and service support for Accenture people and businesses globally. Must have skills : Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager Good to have skills : Microsoft Windows Server Administration, Cloud Infrastructure, Microsoft PowerShell Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Project Role Description Design, build, configure MECM infrastructure, application deployment, patch management process, OSD. Design and build Windows 10/11 and windows server SOE image Must have skills: • Should be certified/equivalent experienced for configuring and supporting following: o Windows Servers o Windows OS o MECM (including Co-Management) o Windows Patching o Intune o Autopilot o Azure AD o PowerShell Good to have skills. • Active directory, JAMF, Power BI, Flexera and other application app tools • Job Requirements • Key Responsibilities a. Day to day administration of MECM environment to include engineering new solutions as needed. b. Troubleshoot MECM related issues c. Providing technical guidance on MECM. d. Provide Tier 3 support for MECM e. Creating and updating technical documentation as required. f. Create monthly reports on windows updates and other compliance parameters • Technical Experience a. Should have strong experience on MECM. b. Ability to design, build and configure MECM environment c. Design and build applicable Windows image, provide support in image rollout d. Should be able to design configuration for windows endpoints & servers e. Should have strong hand on Autopilot enrolments and associated configurations and rollout. • Professional Attributes Excellent written and oral communication skills Educational Qualification • BE/BS in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical or other branches of engineering, Science graduate • Additional Information • Additional knowledge - Cloud Technologies 15 years full time education
