As a Facilities Manager at our company, your role will involve bringing enhanced comfort and efficiency to the office environment. You will be responsible for: - Arranging regular preventative maintenance and repairs for our facilities - Scheduling cleaning services - Ensuring all office equipment is in good working order - Identifying opportunities to reduce costs and enhance operational standards Your keen eye for potential emergencies will be crucial in managing such situations effectively, along with following established escalation and incident reporting procedures.
