What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in IT/Management or related field.
4–6 years of experience in workforce/resource management in IT services.
Strong people management and employee engagement skills.
Initiative and a go-getter attitude with the ability to drive results.
Expertise in forecasting, reporting, and workforce analytics.
Advanced skills in MS Excel and resource planning tools.
Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution abilities.
