Job Description

Role Overview: As an Assurance Assistant Manager Experience Management at EY, you will be responsible for ensuring effective resource scheduling on scheduling tools, adhering to resource management guidelines, processes, and protocols. You will serve as an experience management lead for assigned Area/regions/sector teams, managing a team of 15-20 professionals. Your role will involve providing strategic thought leadership, subject matter expertise, liaising with middle and senior management on resource management decisions, leading deployment strategies, ensuring compliance with EM guidelines, and driving people development within the team. Key Responsibilities: - Contribute to the success of the business through strategic thought leadership, optimization, initiatives, and enhancement of skill sets within the team. - Act as a subject matter expert on resource management concepts and scheduling tools for assigned Area/location/sectors. - Drive quality initiatives, ensure compliance with defined processes, protocols, and guidelines. - Monitor business health, track key metrics, analyze trends, and provide analytical support to the team and stakeholders. - Provide inputs for headcount and budget planning. - Lead complex projects related to planning and resource scheduling. - Identify opportunities for process improvement/re-engineering. - Develop a robust business continuity framework for self and the team. - Lead people engagement and development activities to create a positive work environment. - Collaborate with other EM Assistant managers and share best practices. Qualifications Required: - Graduates with more than 9 years of relevant, post-qualification experience in resource management, scheduling, and workforce planning. - Minimum 7 years of experience in resource management, capacity planning, scheduling, and forecasting for over 1,000 resources. - Proficiency in resource management tools and scheduling techniques. - More than 6 years of experience in directly supervising teams, preferably cross-location. - Experience in cross-location team management is preferred.
