We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have between 9 to 14 years of experience in resource management, scheduling, and workforce planning. ### Roles and Responsibility Manage a team of 15-20 professionals, providing strategic thought leadership and subject matter expertise. Develop and implement effective resource management strategies to drive business growth. Collaborate with middle and senior management on resource management decisions and deployment strategies. Ensure compliance with all defined processes, protocols, and guidelines. Monitor business health, track key metrics, analyze trends, and provide analytical support. Lead complex projects related to planning and resource scheduling. Drive opportunities for process improvement/re-engineering and develop a strong business continuity framework for self and team. Lead people engagement and development activities to foster a positive work environment and collaborate with other EM Assistant managers to share best practices. ### Job Requirements Graduate with more than 9 years of relevant post-qualification experience focused on resource management, scheduling, and workforce planning. Minimum 7 years of experience in resource management, capacity planning, scheduling, and forecasting for over 1,000 resources. Experience with resource management tools and scheduling techniques is mandatory. More than 6 years of experience in directly supervising teams is required. Proficiency in MS Office is expected. Interest in business and commerciality is desirable. Ability to supervise a team of 15-20 professionals, preferably cross-location. Strong focus on meeting timelines and delivering high-quality service. Strong time management and analytical skills. Program management skills and prior experience in leading scheduling/staffing projects are preferred. Strong stakeholder/client management experience is mandatory. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
