Job Description

As the Workday Technical specialist, you will be responsible for owning the hire-to-retire lifecycle within the Workday platform. This involves managing the entire lifecycle from hiring to retirement, ensuring seamless operations throughout. Your role will also include planning and leading cross-functional efforts to drive successful Workday product launches. This will involve coordinating with various teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery. In this role, you will play a key part in continuously enhancing the employee experience and optimizing interactions with Workday. Your focus will be on improving user experience and efficiency in Workday interactions. Additionally, you will represent the Workday platform across the landscape of HR applications, acting as the primary representative for Workday in the context of HR applications. Collaboration will be a significant aspect of your role as you partner with business leaders and People Engineering teams to align on objectives and programs. Your ability to collaborate effectively with key stakeholders will ensure alignment on goals and initiatives. Moreover, you will lead the research, design, development, testing, and delivery of new Workday functionality. This will involve overseeing the entire process of developing and implementing new features in Workday. Qualifications required for this role: - 5+ years of experience implementing or managing solutions in Workday, demonstrating extensive experience in handling Workday solutions. - 4+ years of experience configuring Workday HCM, with proven technical expertise in configuring Workday Human Capital Management and integrating with multiple applications. - 2+ years of experience supporting other Workday products such as Recruiting, Compensation, Talent, Performance, and Learning, showcasing experience in supporting various Workday modules. - Deep HR domain expertise and the ability to translate business objectives into technical solutions, indicating a strong understanding of HR processes and the capability to implement them technically. - Ability to thrive in a complex and technically ambiguous environment, showing comfort with navigating and succeeding in challenging environments.,
