As a Workday Integration Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing Workday projects throughout their lifecycle, ensuring the successful deployment of complex integrations. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing a team of Workday integration specialists, providing mentorship, training, and support. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to gather integration requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives. In this role, you will design, configure, and test Workday integrations using tools such as Workday Studio, Workday EIB, Cloud Connectors, and other integration tools. You will be responsible for managing integration monitoring, troubleshooting, and issue resolution across Workday and connected systems, ensuring compliance with best practices, Agilysis standards, and data security protocols. Additionally, you will be driving continuous improvement of integration processes, contributing to system optimization, and working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across platforms. You will support the Workday release management process, validating and adjusting integrations for new releases. To excel in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in Workday integrations or related technical roles, including a minimum of 2 years in an Integration lead position. Strong experience with Workday Studio, Workday Integration Cloud, EIB, Web Services (REST, SOAP), and other integration tools is essential. You should also possess proven abilities in managing and leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for this role, as you will be working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.
