You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.As part of the Technical team you are expected to work on Workday integration projects, focusing on EIB, Cloud connectors, Core connectors & WD Studios. As an Associate you are expected to focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You are expected to engage in research, participate in project tasks, and develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing.

What You Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

• Workday Integration certification
• Functional experience in Workday HCM modules
• Experience with multiple Workday implementation projects
• Ability to resolve integration issues in Workday solutions
• Experience with EIB, Cloud connectors, Core connectors & WD Studios
• Knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture Concepts
• Experience with custom fields, reports, and calculated fields
• Knowledge on migration using I-Loads or I-Load helper
• Experience with Workday Studio and advanced reporting
