Job Description

Role Summary

Workday Studio SME

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Workday Studio integrations.
Lead collaborative design discussions and provide innovative integration solutions.
Manage and guide the team in architectural decision-making.
Engage with cross-functional teams to contribute in project-critical decisions.
Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to best practices.
Troubleshoot integration challenges and offer scalable solutions.
Provide guidance on integration patterns, deployment strategies, and continuous improvement.

Must-Have Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on experience in Workday Studio.
Workday Studio certification (mandatory).
Strong command of application design principles and enterprise integration patterns.
Deep expertise in Workday tools, APIs, connectors, and integration architecture.
Proven ability to design and deliver complex Workday integrations at scale.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice-to-Have

Experience with Workday Integration Cloud, EIB, Core Connector, Cloud Connectors.
Knowledge of INSIDE Workday HCM or relevant modules.
Prior experience working in large-scale projects or global development centers.
