Workday Reporting Consultant

Role Overview: As a Workday Consulting Senior Analyst at Huron, you will have the opportunity to engage in challenging and meaningful work. Key Responsibilities: - Participate actively as a Reporting consultant on one or more project teams - Translate legacy customer reporting requirements into Workday reporting tools - Build custom reports, dashboards, discovery boards, and embedded analytics using Workday's reporting toolset - Support key communication to project and client leadership - Follow the strategic direction set by leadership when establishing Workday project goals - Support the identification of process improvements and changes to the methodology based on project experience - Deliver substantial and measurable results within the reporting workstreams of at least two phases of HCM, Financials, or Student implementations - Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal skills to establish relationships of trust and collaboration Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Math, Engineering, Computer Science, or a relevant field of study - Current Workday certification - Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a Workday reporting role using various tools for simple to complex reports - Strong knowledge and experience with the Workday security model - 2+ years of experience with enterprise reporting tools - Familiarity with reporting tools like Prism, BIRT, dashboards, discovery boards, embedded analytics, and future report-specific functionality - Ability to train and contribute to the professional development of Huron staff in project-management and technical dimensions - Excellent time-management and prioritization skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using tools such as Excel and Access for documentation and solution design - Desire and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies - Enthusiastic about data accuracy and completeness, with great attention to detail Additional Company Details: Huron is a global consultancy that collaborates with clients to drive strategic growth, ignite innovation, and navigate constant change.
