This Position reports to: HR Operations Team Lead
Your role and responsibilities
Performs day-to-day HR transactions for one or several assigned service line(s) / country(ies), while also managing complex and escalated tasks. They ensure a high degree of customer experience by committing to a complete, accurate and timely completion of HR transactions. They also support the globally set standards for HR operations and ensure that the respective business processes in an HR operations front office / hub adhere to the local legal and regulatory requirements.

This role is contributing to the ABB India -Bangalore, Location.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Workday Reporting & Prism Skills: Over 5 years of experience designing, developing, and optimizing Advanced, Matrix, Composite reports, Dashboards, and Prism solutions with a focus on data accuracy and performance.
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Custom Solutions: Work closely with stakeholders to gather complex reporting requirements and deliver tailored, effective reports that meet business needs.
- Training, Support & Governance: Provide training and ongoing support for Workday reporting, collaborate with HR, Security, and Data Governance teams to ensure compliance and data transparency.
- Release Testing & Technical Proficiency: Manage Workday release testing related to reporting and Prism, leveraging comprehensive knowledge of data modeling, APIs, and architecture to maintain secure and robust reporting systems.
Qualifications for the role:
- Workday Certified professional
- Bachelors degree in computer systems, Information Technology, Analytics, or a related business area
- 7+ years of experience in HR technology
- At least 5 years of experience in Workday reporting
- Experience with PRISM reporting; Snowflake knowledge
- Advanced knowledge of Workday calculated fields and business objects
- Good understanding of Workday security implications on reporting, with keen attention to detail, problem-solving, resolving issues, and analytical skills
