Workday Integration

As a Technical Consultant at our company, you will play a crucial role in implementing Workday solutions for our clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing, building, and configuring applications to align with business processes and requirements. - Building and debugging custom reports, EIBs, connectors, document transforms, XSLT, calculated fields, BIRT, and Workday studio. - Collaborating with Integration resources in a complex system landscape. - Conducting unit, Integration, and regression testing. - Working closely with onsite and offshore teams, managers, and executives to ensure high-quality solution releases. - Demonstrating strong experience in Workday project implementations and integrations with ERP and third-party applications. - Configuring new and existing Workday features, including user setups. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - A minimum of 4 years of experience with proficiency in Workday. - A solid understanding of Workday architecture, including business process framework and data model. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for troubleshooting complex issues and implementing solutions. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams and clients. - Preferably hold Workday Integration certification(s).,
