Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled

Workday Integration Developer

with

5-7 years of IT experience

, including at least

3 years of hands-on Workday development

. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, building, and maintaining Workday integrations across multiple implementation projects. This role requires

Workday Integration Certification

and proficiency in EIB, Core Connectors, PICOF/PECI, and Workday Studio.

Key Responsibilities:

Integration Development:
Design and develop Workday integrations using
EIB, Core Connectors, PICOF/PECI, and Studio
.
Implementation & Support:
Participate in at least
2-3 Workday implementation projects
and provide ongoing support for Workday applications.
Custom Integrations:
Build and deploy integration solutions using
Workday Studio, XML/XSL tools, SOAP, and REST-based web services
.
Web Services Development:
Develop and maintain custom web services using
Workday Report Writer, Custom Reports, and Workday API
.
Data Management:
Configure
custom fields, calculated fields, and custom reports
to optimize data processing.
Technical Expertise:
Apply
Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA)
concepts, including XML Schema, XPATH, and XSLT.
Security & Compliance:
Address common integration challenges, including security, data conversion, and compliance with Workday best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience:
5-7 years of IT experience with at least
3 years in Workday development
.
Certifications:
Must be
Workday Integration Certified
.
Workday Modules:
Experience implementing
one or more Workday modules
is highly desirable.
Technical Proficiency:
Strong understanding of
SOAP, REST, WSDL, and XML Schema (XSD)
.
Problem-Solving:
Experience with Workday integration challenges, security protocols, and implementation best practices.
Collaboration:
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to design and implement Workday solutions.
