Job Summary

Workday Integration. As a Technical Lead with expertise in Workday technologies you will play a pivotal role in designing developing and implementing Workday solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of Workday applications. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment contributing to the companys growth and success.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of Workday solutions ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Oversee the implementation of Workday Studio and Workday Reports optimizing performance and efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Ensure seamless integration of Workday applications with existing systems enhancing overall functionality.
Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues promptly.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for Workday solutions ensuring clarity and accessibility.
Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance user experience.
Stay updated with the latest Workday technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
Facilitate training sessions for end-users ensuring effective utilization of Workday applications.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
Support the finance and accounting teams by providing Workday solutions that streamline operations.
Contribute to the companys purpose by delivering innovative solutions that impact society positively.

Qualifications

Possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in Workday technologies including Workday Studio and Workday Reports.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Exhibit excellent communication skills both verbal and written to effectively convey technical information.
Have a good understanding of domain skills in Devices/SPM and Finance & Accounting.
Show proficiency in hybrid work models adapting to both in-office and remote work environments.
Display a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends.
