Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Architect with 4 to 7 years of expertise in Workday HCM Compensation. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model focusing on designing and implementing Workday solutions to optimize human capital management processes. This role does not require travel and operates during day shifts offering a balanced work-life environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Workday HCM Compensation solutions to enhance organizational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure seamless integration of Workday solutions with existing systems to maintain data integrity.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices for Workday HCM Compensation configurations.
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all Workday HCM processes and configurations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Workday HCM Compensation in a timely manner.
• Lead training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding and utilization of Workday solutions.
• Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to improve functionality and user experience.
• Stay updated with the latest Workday releases and features to leverage new functionalities.

• Support the HR team in data analysis and reporting to drive informed decision-making.
• Ensure all Workday HCM Compensation solutions align with the companys strategic goals. Qualifications
