Workday HCM Administrator

As a highly skilled Workday HCM Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our dynamic team by leveraging your extensive experience in core Human Capital Management (HCM) modules. Your responsibilities will include defining and managing business processes within Workday HCM to meet organizational needs, overseeing advanced compensation processes, managing position management processes, developing custom reports and dashboards, configuring security roles, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for system improvements. Your strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, and collaboration skills will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of our Workday HCM system. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, work independently, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You will be part of our hybrid model where we value both remote work and in-person collaboration. Employees in hybrid roles are required to be in the office three days per week. The basic qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in working with Workday HCM. Preferred qualifications include Workday HCM certification, experience with Workday reporting tools, familiarity with Workday security configuration, experience in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
