The Revenue Accountant will support the Senior Director of Revenue Operations in monthly revenue close activities, including invoicing. This role requires the ability to work afternoons through evenings, with standard hours concluding by 8:00 p.m. Some flexibility for earlier hours may be available once the individual is established in the role. What you will work on Monitoring the intercompany email and actioning as needed. International time entry for blended projects with non-Workday entities and associated journal entries. International passthrough billing/invoicing with non-Workday entities and associated journal entries. Review intercompany billing with Worktag entities. Initiating and monitoring intercompany payoffs. Manual rebate calculation and distribution to non-Workday entities. Review of Workday rebates for new projects. Manual calculation of referral fees, premier, and other discounts and associated journal entries. Other tasks as identified. WHAT YOU WILL BRING 2+ years of experience in accounting under the US GAAP framework. Understanding of revenue accounting under GAAP. Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University majoring in tax or accounting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, organizational skills with an attention to detail and an eye for accuracy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to articulate effectively and professionally via all communication channels. Proficient in business systems applications such as Microsoft Office; intermediate to advanced excel skills preferred.
