Lead Software Configuration Analyst s role primary objective is to lead and develop a team of Software Configuration Analysts to enable them to fulfil their objectives of delivering exceptional customer service and high quality solutions to customers on the use of software products and services . The team lead should maintain a stimulating environment with a strong focus on learning and development. Typically this will involve managing resources and workload whilst being the point of escalation for team members and customers escalated issues. Performance manage the team of configuration analysts as well as mentoring and coaching the team. Work with stakeholders in the business to ensure outcomes are successfully achieved. Expected to work well in a team environment as well as under minimal supervision. Supporting the Software Configuration manager and deputising as necessary.
