Workday Financials - Record to Report (R2R) and Banking - India (REMOTE)

Responsibilities Include

• Support the implementation of Workday Financials solutions including (Record to Report) modules (General Ledger, Financial Accounting, Allocations, Close and Budgets) as well as Banking & Settlements.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their financial requirements and business objectives. Conduct system configurations based on client requirements as well as support integration design & development to streamline financial processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday Financials applications during client performed testing cycles.
• Provide training and support to client end-users, ensuring effective adoption of Workday Financials.
• Stay current with Workday updates and best practices, providing thought leadership and guidance to clients.
  

Qualifications Include

• Workday Financials Consultant with hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Workday Financials solutions.
• US Government and/or Higher Ed industry experience including Fund Accounting, Worktag Balancing, Commitment Accounting and Multibook Accounting.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in financial analysis and reporting is a plus.
• Active Workday Financials Certification providing implementer access, REQUIRED.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to develop concise and effective communications tailored to specific audiences, both internal and external
  

Pay Transparency

• Base Salary and variable compensation (paid quarterly) is available for this specific role. At Avaap it is not typical to be hired at the top of the base salary range.
• During the interview process, alignment to level will be determined and should level differ from position applied for, a new compensation range will be provided for the appropriate role.
