Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Workday Core HCM business processes, tenant setup, and organization structures.
• Partner with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide scalable solutions.
• Support configuration of positions, job profiles, organizations, staffing models, and supervisory structures.
• Perform system testing, regression testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and local statutory requirements.
• Troubleshoot issues, resolve defects, and manage enhancements in Core HCM.
• Document system configurations and provide knowledge transfer/training to business teams.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Workday Core HCM configuration.
• Strong expertise in staffing models, supervisory organizations, job profiles, positions, and Core HCM business processes.
• Experience in Workday configuration, testing, and support.
• Good understanding of HR operations and processes.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
