Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

Workday Adaptive Planning Professionals:

Being a domain expert on Workday Adaptive Planning, drive the design integration efforts, data modelling within Adaptive
Create/maintain Level Assigned Sheets, User Assigned Sheets, Modeled Sheets, Dimensions, Level Attributes etc.
Proven skills on designing financial models within the Workday Adaptive Planning system and Office-Connect application
Creating Custom reports, and calculated fields in Adaptive Planning Web Application and Office-Connect Application
Responsible for scenario management, User access/security and maintenance within Adaptive Planning
Responsible for loading the Actuals/Plan/Forecast data in Adaptive Planning tool
Configure financial models, planning sheets, dashboards, and reporting templates based
on business requirements.
Document, and implement policies, procedures, guidelines, and best practices to ensure data integrity and standardized processes
Thorough understanding about Financial Planning & Analysis processes and concepts
Relevant experience and proficiency in system upgrades/testing, troubleshooting techniques, and continuous process improvements
Problem solving skills to innovate and recommend creative solutions to enhance the
FP&A teams Planning and Forecasting experience
Help/Enable FP&A teams on Adaptive Planning tool by driving automation/process efficiencies
Cross Train team members/End Users

To ensure you are set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:

Bachelor's degree required (with MBA preferred), with at least 7 years experience especially as System Administrator on Workday Adaptive Planning
Strong knowledge of financial principles and budgeting practices
Strong analytical skills
Excellent communication skills, Advanced Data Modelling and Hands on experience on Workday Adaptive Planning System
Tableau and Micro-Strategy knowledge preferred
Background in information technology and/or software is a plus
Business partnering and relationship management skills
In depth understanding of core Finance business processes to ensure timely delivery of financial results as per the expected cadence.
