Customer relationship management: Build rapport with customers, maintain accurate records of interactions, and update CRM systems. Sales and data analysis: Meet sales targets, process orders, and provide feedback from customer conversations to the sales or support team. Required skills and qualifications Communication: Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers. Persuasion: The ability to persuade customers and handle objections professionally. Technical skills: Basic computer skills, familiarity with CRM software, and the ability to use telephone systems.
