Key duties include following scripts, updating CRM systems, answering customer questions, scheduling appointments, and building client relationships. The primary goal of a telecaller is to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth through effective phone interactions. Key ResponsibilitiesOutbound Calls:Initiate calls to potential customers to introduce products or services, explain features and benefits, and generate interest. Lead Generation:Contact potential leads, gather information about their needs, and convert them into sales opportunities. Customer Support:Handle incoming calls from existing customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions. Appointment Setting:Schedule appointments for sales representatives or field teams, emphasizing quality leads. Data Management:Record call details, update customer information in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems, and maintain accurate records. Sales & Negotiation:Persuade customers to make purchases, negotiate payment agreements, and close sales deals. Reporting:Create and update MIS reports based on telecalling conversations and observations for management review. Required Skills & QualificationsCommunication:Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and persuasive speaking skills. Product Knowledge:Thorough understanding of the company's products and services to answer customer questions effectively.
