mail:- info@naukripay.com Telecaller's primary responsibility is to communicate with potential and existing customers via telephone to promote products or services, generate leads, and handle customer inquiries. They play a crucial role in building business-client relationships and driving sales. Key Responsibilities: Outbound Calling: Making calls to prospective customers to introduce products or services, explain their features and benefits, and persuade them to make a purchase or schedule an appointment. Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying potential customers through phone conversations, gathering necessary information, and documenting interactions for follow-up. Customer Service: Addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing support related to products or services. Maintaining Records: Accurately documenting customer interactions, updating databases, and tracking call outcomes. Sales and Persuasion: Utilizing effective communication and persuasive techniques to convert leads into sales and meet sales targets. Following Up: Contacting customers after initial calls to provide additional information, address concerns, or finalize sales. Essential Skills: Communication Skills: Clear and effective verbal communication is crucial for conveying information, building rapport, and handling objections. Persuasion and Sales Skills: The ability to influence customers, highlight product benefits, and close deals is essential.
