Sales Closure: Persuading customers to make a purchase and handling any objections. Data Management: Recording customer information, sales details, and interactions accurately in the company database. Complaint Handling: Addressing customer concerns and resolving issues professionally. Sales Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding sales quotas and contributing to overall sales team goals. Essential Skills: Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information and build relationships. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to connect with customers, understand their needs, and build rapport. Sales Skills: Persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills to drive sales. Product Knowledge: Understanding the products or services being sold to effectively address customer inquiries.
