WordPress Project Manager

Job Title: WordPress Project Manager Location: Thaltej Job Type: Full-time Experience Required: 3+ years in Project Management (with WordPress experience) Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive WordPress Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of WordPress-based projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of WordPress CMS, project management methodologies, and a proven ability to coordinate between design, development, content, and client-facing teams to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end WordPress projects from kickoff to delivery. Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations. Coordinate with design, development, QA, and content teams. Communicate effectively with clients regarding requirements, updates, and feedback. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget. Identify potential risks or bottlenecks and provide proactive solutions. Maintain documentation and progress tracking using tools like Asana, Trello, or JIRA. Conduct post-project reviews to identify areas for improvement. Requirements: Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably with WordPress-based projects. Strong understanding of WordPress architecture, themes, and plugins. Experience using project management tools (Asana, Trello, JIRA, etc.). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Familiarity with SEO, UX/UI design, and web development best practices is a plus. Certification in Project Management (PMP, Agile, or Scrum) is a bonus. Preferred Skills: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and PHP. Ability to troubleshoot common WordPress issues. Client-facing experience and stakeholder management.
