As we expand our digital presence and client base, we’re looking for a highly skilled WordPress Developer who can contribute to building world-class web experiences—from the ground up.

Role Overview

We are searching for a talented and motivated WordPress Developer capable of building websites from scratch, developing custom themes, custom plugins, and shipping fully-fledged websites rapidly.
You will work closely with designers, project managers, and senior engineers to take projects from concept to deployment—ensuring every website is secure, fast, elegant, and optimized for users and search engines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop full WordPress websites from scratch using custom themes and custom plugins.
• Build websites from mockups (Adobe XD, Figma) with pixel-perfect accuracy.
• Implement custom functionality using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and WordPress APIs.
• Install, configure, and customize themes, plugins, and site functionalities as required.
• Perform routine maintenance: debugging, performance optimization, and security hardening.
• Ensure all websites are responsive, user-friendly, SEO-optimized, and fast.
• Collaborate with designers, senior developers, and project managers throughout the workflow.
• Contribute creative solutions to improve technical quality and development efficiency.
• Stay updated with the latest WordPress, PHP, and web development trends.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a WordPress Developer.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing custom WordPress projects (themes & plugins).
• Deep understanding of WordPress core, hooks, filters, and architecture.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP.
• Experience with custom themes, custom plugins, ACF, Gravity Forms, Elementor, etc.
• Strong grasp of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and website optimization techniques.
• Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a remote team.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver high-quality work on deadlines.
