Job Description We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Telesales Agent to join our sales team at Finoocean. As a telesales agent, you will work on pre-qualified leads provided by the company and assist customers in choosing the right financial products. This role requires excellent communication skills, sales confidence, and a good understanding of financial services. Key Responsibilities Contact and follow up with potential customers using leads shared by the company. Explain financial products (personal loan, business loan, home loan, etc.) clearly and persuasively. Identify customer needs and suggest suitable loan or financial options. Maintain proper documentation and update lead status in the CRM system. Achieve assigned daily and monthly conversion targets. Build trust and long-term relationships with clients. Coordinate with internal loan processing teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding. Requirements Minimum 2 years of telesales or telecalling experience in financial services, banking, or NBFC sector. Strong communication and convincing skills (English & Hindi proficiency preferred). Proven experience in lead conversion and achieving sales targets. Sound knowledge of financial products, especially loans and credit services. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
