As we expand our service offerings, we are looking for a highly skilled UX Designer who can take complete ownership of designing business websites from concept to launch.

Role Overview

We are seeking an expert UX Designer with strong visual design capabilities who can build end-to-end business websites from scratch. This role involves crafting intuitive user journeys, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, branding elements, graphics, and everything required to deliver a polished, professional website.

You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to bring business websites to life with stunning interfaces, seamless usability, and aesthetic appeal.

Roles & Responsibilities

End-to-End Website Design

• Lead the full UX/UI design process for business websites — from discovery, research, and wireframing to final UI delivery.
• Translate business requirements into intuitive, conversion-focused website layouts.
• Create complete site architecture, sitemaps, user flows, and interaction models.

Visual & UI Design

• Design modern, clean, and professional interfaces for business and corporate websites.
• Create responsive designs optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
• Deliver high-fidelity mockups, UI kits, style guides, and design systems as needed.

Branding & Graphics

• Develop brand identity elements including color palettes, typography, iconography, and graphic assets.
• Create banners, hero images, illustrations, and web graphics to enhance the visual experience.
• Ensure a consistent design language across all website pages and components.

User Experience & Research

• Conduct user and competitor research to understand user needs and market standards.
• Build user personas, customer journey maps, and usability insights.
• Run usability tests and iterate to refine designs based on user feedback.

Collaboration & Delivery

• Work closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs.
• Provide detailed design specifications, assets, and prototypes using tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
• Communicate design rationale clearly to stakeholders.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to improve UX strategy and website performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in UX/UI design with a focus on business websites.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
• Demonstrated ability to design full websites end-to-end (0 → 1).
• Strong understanding of:
• visual hierarchy

• responsive design
• interaction design
• Experience working with developers to translate designs into functional websites.
• Ability to produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, and UI assets.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to guide clients/stakeholders through design decisions.
• Portfolio showcasing complete business website projects is required.

Nice to Have

• Experience with WordPress, Webflow, or website builders.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (for better design-to-dev communication).
• Experience designing SaaS or product marketing websites.
• Motion graphics or animation capability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
