You will collaborate closely with our design and strategy teams to bring compelling concepts to life, ensuring every website is not only visually stunning but also functionally exceptional, user-friendly, and built to the highest standards of web development.

Requirement

• Proven WordPress Experience - 1-3 years in professional development, specifically with theme and plugin creation.
• Core Technical Proficiency - Strong skills in PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/jQuery.
• Project Portfolio - 2+ complex projects completed in these technologies
• E-commerce Development - Hands-on experience with WooCommerce and E-commerce for building online stores.
• Modern Tool Mastery - Proficiency with page builders like Gutenberg and Elementor, and version control with Git.
• Problem-Solving Skills - Excellent debugging and issue-resolution abilities.
• Collaborative Mindset - Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Job Role

• Website Development & Maintenance - Develop and maintain high-quality WordPress websites, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration - Collaborate with designers and other developers to implement website features and functionality.
• Theme & Plugin Customization - Customize and extend existing themes and plugins, as well as develop custom themes and plugins from scratch.
• Third-Party Integration - Integrate third-party APIs and tools seamlessly into WordPress websites.
• Industry Awareness - Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in WordPress development.
• Technical Troubleshooting - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to website functionality and performance.
• Code Quality Assurance - Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and standards.

Responsibilities

• Interact with clients to understand their requirements/problems, provide daily updates, plan and manage module delivery.
• You will be responsible to complete the project tasks in an estimated time frame and deadline.
• Understand client feedback and provide appropriate resolution through clear interaction with them.
• Involve in deployment of applications on the staging server and possibly live server.
• Report to your manager about every day work schedule/plans and milestones.
