Wordpress Developer

We are looking for a proficient and experienced Content Management System (CMS that you are using, for example, WordPress) Developer who would be a part of our IT team. The person suitable for this job should be well versed in the back-end and front-end development of websites including new web pages, changes in existing web pages, themes and plugin management, etc.

We are expecting the ideal candidate to be able to take total control of the CMS and build pages from scratch whenever needed. They should also be able to configure forms and APIs into the website to design and maintain a fully functional website. Enthusiastic and passionate self-starter with an ability to work independently under time constraints to meet ongoing and overlapping deadlines, and work cross-functionally within a team-oriented environment

Job Responsibilities:

• Work on web development & align with the marketing strategies to play a key role in uplifting the company’s web users’ experience in order to drive inbound leads working with the digital team
• Develop wireframes and work closely with the designer to turn ideas into projects
• Install necessary themes and keep the website light and SEO optimized
• Work with the marketing team to design and develop marketing landing pages for campaigns and other activities
• Manage media and files
• Ensure the security of the website and avert spam through web forms
• Design web forms and connect with the CRM using APIs
• Create pop-ups and manage triggers
• Deploy techniques to minify scripts and CSS to make the website pages load faster
• Design HTML emails when required
• Keep a check on website optimization across browsers and various popular gadget

Skills & Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s Degree or related technical discipline
• 3+ years of experience in the B2B product/SaaS company designing & developing Websites, Landing pages
• Good working knowledge of HTML/HTML5, CSS2/CSS3, WordPress, Shopify and responsive frameworks like Bootstrap
• Hand-on experience in WordPress or similar CMS, CSS pre-processor like LESS/SASS, JavaScript
• Basic PHP programming language, MySql database, jQuery, React, and Ajax
• Experience with the SVN versioning tool
• Experienced in Integration of the front-end and back-end aspects of web applications with third-party APIs like Salesforce, google analytics, webchats, etc.
• On-page optimization and Setting up web analytics/third-party scripts are a must
• Understanding of A/B and multivariate testing
• Basic Hands-on skills in the latest Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, and associated design tools should be a must

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
