Wordpress Developer

About Role:

We’re looking for an experienced WordPress Developer with strong expertise in WordPress and WooCommerce, along with solid proficiency in JavaScript. You will be responsible for building scalable web applications, crafting intuitive frontend experiences, and managing CMS-driven content architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

As a full-stack WordPress Developer, you will be part of a dynamic and ambitious team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Manage projects: Review requirements, prepare queries & time estimation
• Collaborate with the team for the new requirement, and align the timeline for the projects
• Responsibility to deliver client expectations within the timeline while maintaining quality
• Before delivery, check the output against requirements
• Implement new features, bug fixes, and improvements in our codebase
• Task planning, assignment, and everyday updates
• Training new freshers
• Client communication, providing updates, and training support to the client

Required Skills:

• Extensive experience in WordPress plugin and theme building & customization
• Proficiency in WordPress theme(Classic theme as well as Block theme) and plugin development
• Familiar with the Gutenberg ecosystem & block theme
• Strong knowledge of HTML, SCSS, PHP, and JavaScript
• Excellent communication skills, Able to communicate in English in Writing and speaking
• Detail-oriented for the requirement
• Closely work with the clients
• Experience with WooCommerce customization, Payment integration
• Familiar with popular plugins: ACF, Yoast, RankMath, Wordfence, All in One Security, All in One Migration, WP Rocket, WP Fastest Cache, WP Total Cache, Query Monitor
• Proficient with version control systems like GitHub, BitBucket, and GitLab
• WordPress site speed optimization & security measures

Nice-to-have:

• Experience in ReactJS
• Working experience with Shopify
• Working with large-scale projects (Huge traffic or user base)
• Experience working with cloud hosting
• Work with WordPress site profiling for performance optimization
• Code-Sniffer testing and validation
• Contributing to WordPress development

Required experiences:

• Minimum 4-5 years of working experience as a WordPress developer
• Working experience with WooCommerce on at least 2-3 sites
• Must have experience for a year in the Project Manager position

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
