Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a WordPress Developer located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The WordPress Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining WordPress websites, ensuring responsive and high-performing web pages, and troubleshooting and resolving website problems. Day-to-day tasks include customizing themes, plugins, and improving website usability, creating and editing website content, optimizing websites for SEO, and collaborating with designers and other developers to implement new features.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
• Experience with WordPress theme customization and plugin development
• Strong understanding of website architecture, layouts, and responsive design principles
• Knowledge of SEO best practices
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Good communication skills
• Relevant degree or certification in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field is a plus
