We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced WordPress Developer to join our dynamic team in Indore . This is a work-from-office position and is ideal for professionals who have hands-on experience in WordPress eCommerce development . If you've built and managed custom WordPress eCommerce websites from scratch, we want to hear from you! The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of core WordPress development , including custom theme and plugin development, performance tuning, security, and seamless integration of eCommerce functionalities. Key Responsibilities: Core Development Design, develop, and maintain custom WordPress themes and plugins . Build and manage eCommerce websites , primarily using WooCommerce . Develop custom post types, taxonomies, and ACF-based solutions. Custom Solutions & Integrations Integrate third-party APIs and services into WordPress websites. Customize and extend WooCommerce functionalities based on business needs. Collaboration & Leadership Work closely with UI/UX designers , project managers, and other developers. Participate in code reviews and contribute to team development standards . Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers. Performance & Security Optimize websites for speed, performance, and scalability . Implement WordPress security best practices and manage regular updates. Conduct periodic website audits to identify and resolve bottlenecks. Documentation & Continuous Learning Maintain thorough technical documentation . Stay updated with WordPress trends, tools, and technologies . Recommend and implement improvements in development workflows . Required Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
